This role is field based. The territory covers North East London.

Role Purpose

This challenging and exciting role is part of the Adults Solutions Team, covering North east London where there is a mix of Nutricia and competitor accounts. The key element of this role is maintaining and developing customer relationships, to proactively meet and exceed their needs, and ensure they choose Nutricia as their partner in future tenders. New and existing products to be effectively positioned within the accounts, and strong cross functional working will ensure this strategy drives sales into the community. The role will involve preparing for, analysing, and reporting on calls to progress the relationships. There is a significant amount of cross functional working across a diverse range of internal stakeholders such as Nursing, Customer Services, Supply Chain, Contracts, Medical Affairs and Marketing. In addition: leveraging the Nutricia contract to maximise contract value and drive branded discharges from the acute Trusts

Role Focus

  • Implementing a new Home Enteral Feeding contract in an existing Nutricia contracted area, as well as targeting competitor contracted areas for contract wins
  • Ensuring contract efficiencies to maximise commercial sustainability
  • Promoting social value and driving a positive change in your accounts
  • Prepare & implement business plans across Nutricia accounts and targeted competitor accounts. Monitor against defined KPIs/targets
  • Drive Sales & market share growth of SN Adult portfolio, across Nutricia and designated competitor accounts
  • Implement strategies/sales campaigns & achieve against set KPIs/sales targets
  • Monitor and review sales results/KPIs & market intelligence against targets and set action plans to drive sales volume and CO
  • Lead the internal planning process and external delivery of the account quarterly CRMs
