Description
What you'll be doing You'll join a compassionate team dedicated to patient wellbeing, supporting recovery with personalised care and proven therapies. Working with qualified staff, you'll help assess and deliver care plans, carrying out delegated tasks that promote dignity and wellbeing. You will also: Complete assessments and consultations to create and review nutritional plans. Manage a caseload with regular monitoring and collaboration across the MDT. Keep accurate records, share updates in team meetings, and provide professional advice. Deliver group therapy, contribute to audits and research, and support service improvements. What you'll bring This role is rewarding yet demanding, so resilience and empathy are vital. Previous experience in a similar setting is desirable. HCPC registration is essential.
